Duties of Society Committee Members

1.Society will work as per society norms of Govt.
2.Society will maintain complete income and expenses records.
3.Any rules of Society will be applicable after approval in meeting.

Executive Committee of Residency decided to society maintainance activity following charges to Flat owners.

1. All Flat Owners and Shop Society Day to Day Activity maintainance is mandantary
2. 2 BHK Flat Monthly Charges 900 and 1 BHK FLat Monthly Maintainance charges 600 to be Pay Every Month before Days 1 to 5
3. Panelty will be charges after Due Date 5 of Every Month as per Committee Decided
4. Vehicle Parking charges will be taken four wheeler 7000 inside Residency & Out side 3500 Three wheeler 3000 inside Residency 2000 Outside Residency Annual and non Refundable
5. Shop Maintanance will be charges accourding to shop area
6. FLat on Rent is not allowed without premission of Society
7. For 2 BHK 2 Motorcycle and 1 BHK 1 Motorcyle parking charges are exempted more then this criteria Parking will be charges
8. Every type Vehicle Registration is Mandantary
9. Society will accept all types of charges online mode only.
